On ordering, customers will be deemed to be accepting the following Conditions of hire

The prices quoted are for a single hire period of 1-3 days, with the function within that period. The single hire rate will normally be a collection from our premises or delivery on the first day and the collection or the return by the customer on the third day. Delivery or the customers collection on a Friday and the return n the Monday will still be  classed as a single hire period, with the Sunday not counted.  Customers not returning their orders  by the due date wll be charged 25% per day of the order, until returned.   

 Extended hire rates will be charged at 25% of the initial order price, per day after the single hire period of 1-3 days.

Hire Charges do not include delivery, collection, or any cleaning charges, these charges will be quoted separately.

Orders should be checked on delivery, as damage or shortages must be reported immediately, you can email or leave an answer phone message if the call is not answered, as these  methods of contact will be timed.   No claims of shortages, damage or malfunction will not be accepted after the hire date or on the return of the hire. No credit or refunds for unused items will be given. 

Hires will be checked as soon as possible on return. once checked deposit will be refunded, less  breakages or losses,  if the deposit is not sufficiant to cover all the losses, a further invoice will be sent to cover the balance for immediate payment.   All breakages, loses or damage will be charge for at the full replacement value

Delivery and collection will be to door to door or to a single ground floor point
